What is the shipping timeline and how can I track my order?
We process and ship all orders within 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can eagerly anticipate its arrival!
What is your return and exchange policy?

Can I wear my Zerone polewear as bathing suits?
Our pieces are made with high-performance, breathable fabrics designed for sport and movement. While you can absolutely rock your Zerone polewear at the beach or poolside, please note: styles with higher coverage may feel heavier in the water since the fabric is optimized for breathability (water flows through just like sweat).

What fabrics do you use?
We select only premium functional fabrics for our pole wear, ensuring a perfect blend of support, flexibility, and comfort that meets the demands of pole dancing. These fabrics are chosen for their durability and their ability to support your every move with confidence.

How should I take care of my Zerone Design pole wear?
For lasting wear, we recommend hand washing gently with a mild detergent. If you prefer machine washing(and we totally get it!!), make sure to separate light-colored pole wear from dark colors to prevent any color transfer. Avoid bleach, ironing, and tumble drying to maintain the quality and longevity of the fabric.
