When your order ships
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.
Pre-orders ship within 3–5 business days of becoming available.
Sent via FedEx, USPS or UPS, with tracking emailed once it ships.
Exchanges & returns
Exchange & return window. We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of your purchase date.
Exchanges. On US orders, your first size exchange on each style is on us. We cover the shipping so you can find your perfect fit without worrying about the cost. Exchanges depend on stock, so if your new size is sold out, we’ll help you with a return instead.Ordering from outside the US? Cross-border shipping is costly, so exchange shipping isn’t included for international orders. Message us before you buy and we’ll help you choose your size.
Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless it’s your complimentary size exchange (US orders), or the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items returned in poor condition may be rejected or subject to a processing fee.
Free shipping adjustment. If a return brings your original order below $99, the original free shipping no longer applies and a $9 shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
Final sale items. Some products can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to start an exchange/return

Reach out
Message us through our Contact page within 14 days and tell us the size you’d like. Items sent back without a request can’t be accepted.

Send it back
We’ll email you our return address (it’s different from the one on your package), plus a prepaid label for your complimentary exchange.

Get your new size
Once your item arrives, we’ll ship your new size or refund your original payment within 10 business days.
