Orders, shipping & sizing
What is the shipping timeline and how can I track my order?
We process and ship every order from San Francisco within 3 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your exchange and return policy?
If something isn't quite right, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order through our Contact page. Items need to be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached. Our Shipping & Return policy has the full details.
How do I find the right size?
Most styles run true to size, but a few fit differently, so check the fit note under the sizes on each product page. The Zayra and Nova tops have a snug, sculpted fit, so size up if you're between sizes. Yumi and our Yogini, Sora and Trinity bottoms are extra stretchy, so size down if you're between sizes. For exact measurements, see our size chart, or ask us and we'll help you choose.
What sizes do you carry?
Most of our newer styles come in XS to 2XL, and some earlier styles in S to L. We're always expanding our size range, so check each product page for exact sizes, and tell us by email or on Instagram at @zeronepolewear if there's a size you'd love to see.
Do you offer wholesale for pole studios?
Yes. Studios get tiered wholesale pricing with no large minimums. Visit our Studio Wholesale page to get started.
Where is Zerone Design based?
We're based in San Francisco, where our pieces are designed and every order ships from.
Choosing your polewear
Do I really need to show a lot of skin for pole dancing?
Some skin contact is necessary for grip-dependent moves, but how much depends on what you're climbing or holding with, so you can start modest and expose more as you advance. Beginners often only need bare thighs and arms, while intermediate climbs and leg hangs call for exposed knees and stomach. Zerone offers a range of coverage from fuller bodysuits to minimal shorts so you can match your comfort level to your skill level.
How much coverage should beginner polewear have?
Beginners usually want full-seat coverage and a supportive top while still exposing the backs of the knees and inner thighs for grip, since you'll be doing more sits and climbs than skin-intensive inverts early on. As you progress to leg-hangs and advanced holds, you'll typically choose more open cuts for extra friction. Starting with secure, fuller coverage lets you build confidence without worrying about anything shifting.
What makes polewear grip the pole better than regular activewear?
Purpose-built polewear uses fabrics and cuts engineered to stay locked in place and expose skin exactly where you need traction, while regular leggings slide and cover the very skin that grips. The seams, leg openings, and compression are placed for climbing and inverting, not just stretching. Zerone's pieces are designed in the USA around real pole movement, which is why dancers cite their grip and stay-put fit across hundreds of reviews.
What fabrics do you use?
Most of our styles are made from a soft nylon and spandex blend (75 to 90% nylon), fully lined with a polyester and spandex lining for support and stay-put comfort. Every product page lists its exact fabric mix in the Fabrication tab.
How do I wash and care for my polewear so it lasts?
Hand wash cold, or machine wash on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, and lay flat to dry. Wash light and dark colors separately, and skip bleach, fabric softener, tumble drying and ironing, since heat and harsh products wear down stretch and color. For pieces with mesh or hardware, hand washing keeps them looking new the longest.
Can I wear my Zerone polewear as a swimsuit?
You can! Our pieces are made with breathable performance fabrics, so they're great for the beach or poolside. Higher-coverage styles may feel a little heavier in the water, since the fabric is built to breathe and let moisture through.
